general Information

Please read the following information carefully and clarify any questions with me.

  • You shouldn't eat large meals 2 hours before yoga.
  • Please be on site 5-10 minutes before the course starts so that we can start on time. Before and after, the bell is turned off. Contact me if you won't be on time.
  • The use of a large towel is required. You can bring your own towel, borrow one (EUR 3) or buy one (EUR 25). The rental fee is included in the first trial lesson.
  • If you have bought a towel from me, the rental fee will not apply if you have forgotten your towel.
  • Please lock all valuables in the closet and do not take a smartphone into the yoga room.
  • Responsibility and normal mental and physical resilience are required. In the event of acute health problems, medical advice should be sought beforehand.
  • If you have a cold (cough, runny nose, sore throat), you should take care of yourself and avoid yoga out of respect for yourself and others. I ultimately decide about the participation.
  • Yoga can cause physical discomfort if the exercises are not carried out according to the instructions or if you do not respect your individual physical endurance and limits.
  • Please let me know before the lesson starts should you have certain restrictions.
  • If you come to yoga regularly, please fill out this short questionnaire. He helps me prepare my yoga classes.
  • A hug is mandatory before and after yoga. :)

Registration

  • Do you want to reserve your spot? Register on my online booking platform with an email that you use regularly. Choose your class pass or membership.
  • The payment is done as described below and not on the platform, even if the word "buy" is used!
  • Afterwards, you will be able to reserve your spot(s).
  • If the course is full, please reserve a place on the waiting list. It always cancels at least one person! You will receive an email at least 24 hours before the course starts if a place becomes available. I contact you via WhatsApp / SMS less than 24 hours before the course starts.
  • Your credit and your booked courses are visible on "My Schedule" on the booking platform.
  • Short-term cancellations (less than 24 hours) are handled via WhatsApp or SMS.

Urban Sports Club

  • Please check in yourself in the studio. You can find the QR code in the waiting area on the shoe rack.
  • If the check-in is not possible, I will check you in independently (after 10 p.m., but not necessarily on the same day) so that you can check in somewhere else during the day.
  • Registrations via the USC app are not forwarded to me by USC. Therefore, please book a class as described above.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable and will be deducted from your monthly visit limit.

Gympass

  • Please check yourself in before the class starts in front of the house, because the GPS and internet connection in the studio are too weak.
  • If the check-in is not possible, I will check you in later. In that case, please send me your daily token.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable and will be charged. Please send me the day token.

ClassPass

  • Only reserve your spot in the ClassPass app after you have registered online as described above, but at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable and will be charged.

Qualitrain

  • Please check in yourself in the studio. You can find the QR code in the waiting area on the shoe rack.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable and will be charged.
